Multifamily Residential Building, Sofia

The site is located in Manastirski Livadi, one of the most dynamically developing neighbourhoods in Sofia. The majority of the surrounding buildings are mid-rise residential buildings with high density and height between 15 and 20 meters. The multifamily residential building has underground parking and seven apartment floors.
Minimalistic architectural look is exposing the functional structure of the building with definite shapes and explicit vertical and horizontal structural elements. The visible precast concrete, anodized aluminium and glass used in the exterior are highly durable and resistible to aging materials. Sustainability is a major feature of contemporary architecture and construction. The project offers solutions with durable materials and precise detail, combined with economic feasibility, low operating costs and versatility to provide a building that will last in time.
